I am more inclined and use control+shift+e, since normally with one
sentence i use one emoji.
It is tricky to implement since ctrl(gr)+shift+letter is already used in some
layouts, so the emoji shortcut must avoid stomping on this and only trigger on
ctrl when ctrl ≠ ctrl(gr)
If there is a duplicated shortcut of C-S-e, I will think the better shortcut.
