PS: This was already discussed in the 2010-01-08 FESCo meeting and we agreed
the unexpanded macros are a problem and tasked the FPC to come up with a
guideline to ban them. So I don't see why we'd block the guideline now.
Nicolas's arguments don't convince me at all.
