Great! - Thanks! I think the stuff I found before must have been for an older version - as it seemed to say if it happened it'd actually stop replication (which hasn't happened).

I think Cyrus IMAP replication is as close to a 'dark art' / magic, as I'd probably want to get - it always works, but I really don't want to know how (most the time!)
