Both the imapd and sasl software projects now have a DCO checker in place
(As opposed to a CLA process). All existing pull requests need updating to
be properly signed by the contributor. I've started pinging the cyrus-sasl
PRs accordingly.
The good news is, we can finally move forward on SASL development and
releases. :)
