There are potential sides to this: exactly how the Reflow function works when
entering items, and separately in the display UI when the yellow highlight is
applied.
The Accumulo issue is still a mystery; simple testing of
board/agenda/helpers/string.rb don't wrap the long URLs, so it's really odd how
errant spaces appeared in them.
Sebb's point is purely in UI display: do *not* highlight (or split) long lines
*that are URLs*. Long URLs can't be split, so we shouldn't alert users to
them.
