Posting so I don't forget; these items may end up being done independently or
split out to separate JIRAs at a later time.
* save changes to minutes doesn't work
* reflow should respect line breaks
* link sending feedback to secretary post meeting actions (adjournment)
* show completed post-meeting items as complete instead of removing them from
the todo list
* remove "Executive Officers Absent"
