If committee-info.json is to be generally useful, then it needs to be clear what it contains.
I think most of the fields are self-explanatory, however the main key is not so obvious. It appears to be the LDAP name for the unix group and committee group (if present). Is that always the case? It generally agrees with the PMC RDF file names [1] which is another usage that needs unique committee ids. However Web Services has the CI key "ws" but uses "webservices" for the DOAP and PMC RDF I hope that is the only exception, in which case maybe it would be simplest to rename them.
