1) Ensure that the indexes (including buckets) can get created in region n+1
2) Ensure that read/write aliases get created in region n+1
3) Ensure that queries in both regions return the same data
4) Attempt to quantify the latency of a PUT in region A making it to Region B
and being indexed in region B
