I added a [pull request](https://github.com/apache/tvm/pull/18182) to merge TIR intrinsics for the RISC-V RVV 1.0 extension, which allow to tune workloads using MetaSchedule on LLVM targets. I used this for the measurements from paper " Tensor Program Optimization for the RISC-V Vector Extension Using Probabilistic Programs", which you can find in [this link](https://arxiv.org/abs/2507.01457).
