Sorry may I ask why has `vta-hw` submodule been removed, and how does that affect the support status of the compiler side of `VTA` as a TVM sub-project? I don't seem to be able to find in anywhere mention of why it's removed. Are there still developer on either/both sides and would it make sense to further contribute to them? (coz at work we're trying to deploy VTA into some RISC-V platform on FPGA, before doing further improvements in the hw design). @tqchen @tmoreau89
