I have made the following amendments in the original post and the pr: - `runtime_raw` is an optional top-level field - `runtime_ms_mean` and `runtime_ms_std` are back at the top level - `metrics` is a top-level json object that can contain fields like `accuracy` or `compilation_time` - `runtime_config` is a top-level field again
