Resolved by 8f86fe3b13b855d0fe34e176823a97136a563cb9, which ensures that vote resolution messages are automatically sent to the same To/CC/BCC recipients as the message to start the vote. Cast votes also go to the same To/CC/BCC recipients; this can be changed if necessary. Commit 5bc8d2efb8b2e4244c201d059fd5fe3c778fe128 fixes a bug and adds more tests. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
