Yesterday we discussed adding more classification outcomes at the top level. We would like something for `KEYS` files, for example (not clear what; perhaps reuse `disallowed`), and something to scoop up arbitrary documentation files. We do have `docs` classifiers for archives, so we could make a `docs` category and add it to those, though `.txt` file is different to an archive containing `.txt` files. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
