We discussed this further and decided to change how users can customise classification. Our goal is to have the classifier be 100% perfect, but it's currently in development and it may be that there are always custom cases that we cannot reasonably cover. The problem with changing a classification is that this affects checks and attestations, so a change in classification requires a new revision and might start new check tasks. Users are finding the vast range of options (even though we try to limit them to those that are strictly necessary) confusing, so perhaps the best solution is to have a "manage and save" UI and, separately, API endpoints with client support. Both of these would be powered by the existing fields, but they would not be shown in the release policy forms. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
