What's clear so far is that we are discussing this format `asf_${prefix}_`.
I don't think we have agreed on how ${prefix} is chosen. I'm not sure that a
obfuscated single character for the team that created it is best. A more
application specific two or three letter code could be better. In infra docs
somewhere we can keep a log of these codes as more kinds of tokens are created.
With this idea `asf_atr_` would be the prefix for ATR tokens or `asf_aaa_`
could be the prefix for Oath tokens.
