I think it would be confusing to have two versions of 'retired' status, i.e. in Attic and no longer being updated by the PMC. In the latter case, the PMC can unilaterally decide to resume development, whereas taking something out of the Attic is more involved. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
