Tested on ubuntu 14.04 with openjdk 7 (1.7.0_79-b14).
* MD5, SHA1 and ASC files are OK.
* All Tests either skipped or ran successfully
* src tar and svn tag have the same content
* tomcat from binary tar starts without problems and clicking around
in the examples looks good
