The format is an array of bytes in the following format: Zero or more of the following sequence: 1 byte (value n) for size of what follows n bytes representing the name (UTF-8 encoding) If the above isn't clear, AprEndpoint.buildAlpnConfig() should help. >From memory I can't recall if the encoding to use to convert the names to bytes is defined or not. All the names we want to define are US ASCII so US-ASCII, ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8 are all fine.
