Log:
Clarify behaviour of useBodyEncodingForURI attribute and its relation to
URIEncoding.
This is based on source code inspection. I have not run any tests for it.
Important places:
- org.apache.catalina.connector.Request.parseParameters() - query parameters
parsing
- org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteAdapter.convertURI() (called from
CoyoteAdapter.postParseRequest() - URI decoding
