All known mapper issues are fixed both in Tomcat 8 and Tomcat 7. Reloading wait time issue (BZ 56713) is an enhancement request. I think we may postpone it, until there is some evidence that it is a problem. I think we can go on with tagging. I will be on vacation for the next ~10 days. I'll try to follow the e-mails but I expect that my network access will be rather poor.
