Further fix for https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=56606
Update documentation for MemoryRealm.
Align MemoryUserRule class (in MemoryRuleSet.java) with
MemoryUserCreationFactory class (in MemoryUserDatabase.java) so that "username"
attribute is read first.
