Document the use of "shutdown" and "port" attribute of <Server>
There is no documentation (inside the server.xml file) for the `"port"` or
`"shutdown"` attribute of a so I think it would be good to have even though a
short piece of documentation.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/thiagoh/tomcat trunk
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/tomcat/pull/6.patch
