I am cancelling the vote partly because of the issues Konstantin P. reported with static resource handling and partly because I have made some updates to DBCP and POOL to expose details of connection pools via JMX (down to the statements in the statement pools associated with each connection, how many times they have been used, when they were last used etc.) that I'd like to get some feedback on.
