The CI builds have been taking 2-3 times longer than they should have. This has been triggering a number of timing related test failures.
I took a look on the CI slave and it appears a couple of old builds were sat burning CPU cycles and generally slowing everything down. I have killed those builds and (hopefully) things should be back to normal now.
