Patch for "ForEach"
In JSTL, "forEach" supports items with String value.
The string can be a CSV format. For example,
<c:foreach items="1,2,3,4,5" var="i"></c:foreach>
However, it doesn't support in tagPlugin "ForEach".
Provided a patch for this issue.
