On another hand, looking at the fixed issues,
a) BZ 54624 does not look good
b) new UTF-8 handling needs some testing
So we may go with 7.0.38 as is and plan to release 7.0.39.
Yeah, I applied your patch and will start daemon 1.0.14 release,
but that usually takes up to a week until voted.
