OK, docs don't tell it but:

The values 1, "on" (any case) and any string starting with 't' or 'y' (any
case) evaluate to the same.

Similarly 0, "off", and any string starting with 'f' or 'n' (any) case evaluate
the same.

I'll keep the bug open until we have improved the docs (consistency and allowed
boolean "values"). Doc path welcome.
