On my Win 7 Pro 64Bit I can see a startup timeout after a couple of start/stop/restarts. That problem then persists. Get a popup with a timeout message and code 1053 and in the event log errors 7000 and 7009 (30000 ms timeout). I do also get a corrupt log line plus some logged errors. Details in the Jira.
