- i start tomcat 7.0.27
- i have several 200k+ static html files in webapp
- when i request such file, i get 1/4 of it ~50k transfered
- then transfer stops
- then connection is timed out
- full file content is not downloaded -> file is broken
same web app works fine in 7.0.25
