Crash Analysis from Microsoft
The jakarta isapi plugin dll periodically crashes and causes IIS to stop
accepting connections.
Microsoft have analysed the crash logs (see attached). They believe the error
is caused when jakarta is trying to write logs and the dll address the wrong
memory space
