When using a ServletContainerInitializer with a HandlesTypes annotation if any
of the classes specified in the HandlesTypes annotation are not available due
to a missing jar file catalina will crash with a
"java.lang.ArrayStoreException:
sun.reflect.annotation.TypeNotPresentExceptionProxy".
