So please test before I make tag. Notice ------ There is one change in distribution layout. There is no more binaries/win32/ with individual files. Instead there is binaries/tomcat-native-$version-win32-bin.zip with the layout that can directly expand inside tomcat home. It was just too many files user need to download (as well as we during the build time) and IMHO its safer to ship .zip file instead .dll or .exe directly. It also carries LICENSE and NOTICE files (not sure about KEYS) cause its always better to use one from www.apache.org/dist Modifying tomcat build.xml should be quite simple to use that single file instead downloading multiple .dll's so if OK, I'll modify that after the 1.1.23 release.
