The old documentation for SetCharacterEncodingFilter above says that "platform default encoding may be used". When that happens? I know only about ISO-8859-1 being the default, and the CharacterEncoding page in the FAQ does not mention it either. So I removed "default encoding" from the above description, but maybe I am missing something? > + requests.
