Hello, I'm new to tomcat, however I'd like to propose a patch. What is the best way? Through bugzilla or directly to this list? There is no bug report for it yet, it's just a few lines improvement for build.xml file. Also, there is no 'Tomcat 8' (trunk) category in Bugzilla.
