Compare the bin/ directory in apache-tomcat-7.0.22.tar.gz and .zip available
from http://tomcat.apache.org/download-70.cgi.
The ZIP file contains .bat scripts as well as .sh scripts while .tar.gz
contains only .bat scripts.
Please add .sh files with correct file permissions to .tar.gz archive.
The bug exists at least since Tomcat 7.0.10.
