I'm using a URL as follows:
http://mysite.com/index.cfm/value1/value2
if I navigate directly to Tomcat, e.g.
http://mysite.com:8080/index.cfm/value1/value2
I get the correct CGI.SCRIPT_NAME and CGI.PATH_INFO, but if I go via IIS7 then
CGI.PATH_INFO is an empty string
