The Manager Component doc page:

mentions a default Manager configuration, but does not say what is the default
Manager.
Please add explanation of:
• What is the default Manager implementation.
• Where in Tomcat can we find the configuration settings controlling that
default.
I poked around the /conf/server.xml and context.xml but could not find any
setting for the default Manager.
