This enhancement follows 50949 'Allow configuration of service name, AJP port,
server port.'.
It'd be nice to have the ability to change also :
* service "human name" (as it appears in the Windows services console)
* service description
Since when several Tomcat instances are installed on a machine, we like to be
able to distinguish them by their purpose so we give them according "human
names".
Configuration of JVM arguments would also be a very nice feature (would allow
activation of JMX / remote debug, etc.) and would save us the pain of updating
registry manually afterwards.
