Bug 48501 (https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=48501) added log
rotation to the isapi redirector.
This was fixed for 1.2.31, yet has no fixed version (as this has no reported
version; it isn't an option in bugzilla).
Moreover, the change log does not link to this ticket (it merely states "IIS:
Added rotatelogs style log rotation to ISAPI Redirector. (timw)")
And most importantly of all, the reference documentation
(http://tomcat.apache.org/connectors-doc/reference/iis.html) is not archived,
and *does not* indicate that log_rotationtime and log_filesize are only
available "from 1.2.31". These two words would have saved a coworker a few
hours of frustration...
