Unit tests pass
Servlet TCK passes (excluding tests currently being challenged) with the
security manager enabled for:
- HTTP BIO
- HTTP NIO
- HTTP APR
- AJP BIO
- AJP APR

The JSP TCK passed with a security manager enabled

The EL TCK passed with a security manager enabled

The ASF Jira instance has been upgraded to run on Tomcat 7.0.10 and it
is running without issue. The new CrawlerSessionManagerValve appears to
have cut the open session count by 80-90%.
