Maybe I don't understand, but how can the relative proportion of TC 6.0
vs. TC 7.0 change when more versions are considered? I would expect that
TC 6.0 would always be less than TC 7.0 unless the time frames were
different.

People certainly aren't scared to download 7.0, which is great.
Unfortunately, people are still downloading pre-6.0. :(
