It isn't quite that simple. There are a number of other factors in play here
such as the use of sendfile and the configuration of the static resource cache.
Also, the size of both the input buffer and output buffer are already
configurable.
Without a use case that doesn't perform very well and can't easily be tuned
with the current options, this is going to get resolved as WONTFIX.
