Mine problem was, that I can't use java 6 - so I never look to the
Tomcat 7 documentation.
In Apache 6 documentation is this hint missing, but feature is
implemented!!!

(It's also available in Tomcat 6, and maybe earlier.)
You can also configure classloaders and paths for them in
conf/catalina.properties.
