Hi,
this seems to be a DB-access-right related problem The big question is now why
the problem did not exist prior to dbcp 1.3.
So with regards to Tomcat the status of this bug-report can be set to
"irrelevant/closed" or something like that.
I will track this problem further in DBCP (see URL).
