Is it OK to change the subject field of bugzilla issues ? For instance the subject of https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=48837 is currently "Memory leaks protection does not cure leaks triggered by JSP pages code"
After Mark applied the patch, I'd prefer to have the following subject which better reflects the final status/outcome of the bug : "Memory leaks protection does not detect leaks triggered by JSP pages code" Is there an established rule on this subject (pun intended) ?
