Sure, this is pretty obsolete code, as well as few other things
like jkant, jni and ajp12 workers.
We should also review ajp14 code, which seems will never be
implemented (at least not in a way it was meant)

+1, but again IMHO svn rm only in the (not to far away) future 1.3.x branch/trunk.

This doesn't mean we need to maintain the jk_nt_service and jni code, because we didn't for a long time in 1.2.x. ajp12 is working, but IMHO is no longer of any good use. So we shouldn't break it in 1.2.x, but can remove in 1.3.x. jkant and ajp14 review needed.
