We've contributed a (very clean) JNA-based implementation of a Negotiate
authenticator that supports both Kerberos and NTLM (including POST). I think it
should ship with Tomcat along with the other authenticators.
It's windows-only, I am not sure what the philosophy is around that kind of
stuff.
