a test of base64 encode/decode
The base64 implementation in org.apache.tomcat.lite.util.Base64 (trunk, rev.
946138) is broken. Try the attached test.
IMHO it should be thrown away. Its implementation has all kinds of buffer size
problems that are beyond fixing. (The one in org.apache.catalina.util.Base64
works, but it has an interface that is hard to use, I'll file a separate
issue).
