Lines 46 and 49 in catalina.bat have not been changed when default JPDA options
were made more useful. This is an issue of the Windows bat not Unix one.
Please change the documentation for the default JPDA_TRANSPORT to the actual
dt_socket instead of dt_shmem.
Also change JPDA_ADDRESS from jdbconn to 8000
