This IS an issue, and it's reproducible. The original poster did not give a reproducible scenario, and I believe I have. As such, I believe that the previous ticket should be reopened with this exact test scenario as proof of the bug (high load, large binary file), or this ticket should stay open as it stands. This bug is critically damaging our successful deployment under Tomcat, and it's something that needs to be resolved, rather than closed because those involved don't understand the problem.
